Super comfortable apartment sized unit. Open and airy living room is filled with windows to let in the sun and give you a view of the farm. The full kitchen includes elec stove, frig, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Queen bedroom has attached bath. All conveniently set on the first floor.
The Founders Suite -Unit 2
The Founders Suite is sunny, spacious and has amazing views. There is a huge bedroom w/queen bed, attached private bath, and a sitting room with a love seat, tv and single bed. Located on the second floor it has a frig/microwave and coffee in the room.
The Barnboard Room - Unit 3
The " Barnboard Room" is a charming corner room with a front row seat to the sunrise and moonrise. Named as such because the walls are paneled with wood from the original barn that was here. Queen bed, private bath attached. Frig/micro and coffee in room. Located on the second floor

Location
This charming farmhouse is a wonderful getaway. Our serene 125-acre property has plenty of privacy and is conveniently located within minutes of a grocery store and local restaurants. Only 15 minutes to Interstate-95, 25 minutes to Wells and Ogunquit beaches, There are 4 golf courses ranging from 10-20 minute drive.
For exploring, we are 45 minutes to Portland, ME or Portsmouth, NH. Outlet shopping in Kittery, ME is 30 minutes and the White Mountains of NH are just an hour and a half away. The perfect location for a Maine vacation.
Guest Rooms
4 Fabulous units are available for your visit. One first floor unit with a full kitchen and window filled living room with 3 sided view. There are 2 spacious 1-bedroom units on the second floor with attached bath, and their own private sitting area. Our 4th unit is a charming spacious bedroom with private bath. You can also take advantage of the first-floor indoor recreational pool (4' deep), living room with fireplace and a breakfast nook. The breakfast nook includes a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven.
All units have heat and central air, refrigerators, microwave and coffee pots, smart TV, free wifi, free onsite parking and private bathroom.
The Pool
All rooms include the use of the first-floor indoor recreational pool . The pool is kept between 82 -85 degrees and matches the room temperature. It is a wonderful sunny place to relax and unwind. There are side jets for a spa like feel. At this time the pool is for exclusive use of one guest room at a time, so please make a reservation on the clipboard outside the pool room door .
Outdoor Recreation
You are welcome to explore the property at your leisure. There are many newly cut trails however they have not been groomed so you will need waterproof shoes and a walking stick as they can be uneven and wet. A walk around the field is another good hike or simple stroll the lane coming in- watch for deer and turkey!
Please keep in mind, this is a working farm, the fields are hayed in the summer. Equipment and people will be active in the outside areas. The horse fence is electric, please do not touch!
